Every version comes back at full resolution with your own photograph alongside, and everything is kept for 7 days before it is deleted.
Buying tokens
Tokens do not expire and there is no subscription. You buy a packet when you need one, and the bigger the packet the cheaper each room.

Any amount between €5 and €400 also works, at the €10 rate. Above that, write to us - it stops being something a form should decide.
Questions about the money
Is there a subscription?
No. You buy tokens when you need them and nothing renews.
Do tokens expire?
No. They stay on the account until you spend them.
What if a room fails?
The tokens go back to your account by themselves, at the moment it fails. You do not write to us and nobody has to approve it. The refund policy says the rest.
Can I get money back?
Tokens you have not spent are refunded in full within fourteen days of buying, no reason needed. Spent ones are not - the work they bought has been done.
